"Has anyone seen my [insert noun here]?"
Melita spent her formative years in small country towns of Australia’s southwest before her family moved to the ‘big smoke’ of Perth.
Her dreams of becoming a hard-hitting journalist were dashed when, having completed her BA in Mass Communications, she discovered she wasn’t into writing news that much. So she went on to study graphic design and now enjoys crafting copy as much as laying it out.
Previous to joining Block, Melita wrote copy and art directed for brainCELLS in Perth. She also freelanced around Perth, and later in Bangkok and New York, which included a stint writing and eating her way through Thailand as a magazine food writer.
Melita has done her fair share of work for winery, brewery and coffee clients. Outside of mind-altering liquids, she has worked for clients such as Challenger Institute of Technology, Dalton, Fremantle Dockers Football Club, Western Australia Museum and Rio Tinto.
When not at Block, Melita spends her time keeping small bars and restaurants in business, and indulging her interest in photography and writing.

Doin' whatever it takes...
Mac rustling and printer-whispering.
Words meet pictures and they have a lovechild.
I don't do 'reading'.
That's too much like maths.
Professional buck-stopper.
Getting it bloody-well done.
Zen and the art of client partnerships.
Keeping us all in line. That includes YOU.
Making sh** happen.
