Central Park Perth
\ Challenge
For over 25 years, Central Park has stood as an iconic symbol of Perth’s skyline and a bastion of business. However, with shifting economic and commercial landscapes, the building’s relevance began to decline. As a refurbishment was planned, it was crucial for Central Park to regain its mantle as Perth’s premier business address. The challenge was to reposition the building for a new era, while standing out in a cutthroat commercial landscape.
\ Outcome
To meet this challenge, Central Park underwent a major refurbishment, which included a major lobby upgrade featuring casual meeting areas and a high-end café, as well as the refurbishment of end-of-trip facilities. These upgrades were designed to provide the level of amenity now demanded by employers to attract and retain top talent. The refreshed brand and positioning highlighted Central Park’s unequalled location and reinvigorated sophistication, while paying homage to the building’s architectural and artistic heritage. As a result of these efforts, Central Park successfully secured multiple deals for seven floors, one of which was to WeWork for their first Perth office.
